We have the best kids' volunteers, too! They love kids and are held to high standards, including national background checks & child safety training, to make sure your child is safe and has a great experience. Your kids will love being a part of Journey Kids as we strive to make it the best hour of their week!

SAFETY & SECURITY
We use a computerized check-in system as a way to keep kids safe. When you check your child in to their room, you will receive a tag with a randomized number at our Kids' Check-in Desk. This number allows us to page you in the service if your child needs you for any reason. You will also need this tag to pick up your child after the gathering, so make sure you stick it somewhere safe!
All Journey Kids volunteers are trained to adhere to strict safety policies. Your child will never be one-on-one with a Journey Kids volunteer. The layout of our rooms intentionally creates high visibility throughout the room. Our bathroom policy prohibits volunteers from assisting your child in the restroom. Parents are welcome to peek in the window or pop your head in the door at any time. All of these measures are in place to maintain and safe and secure environment for our families so everyone can experience their best life.
